The Accreditation/Crime Analysis Manager is responsible for the accreditation process of the Dover Police Department. The Dover Police Department received National Accreditation in 2000.  This process was lengthy, and involved the writing or rewriting of all policies and procedures of the department.  For more information on the CALEA accreditation process and requirements, click here.

The Accreditation Manager is also a member of the State Standards Committee, and attends meetings of the Delaware Police Accreditation Coalition and the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies.
