The Operations Division is charged with responsibility for all line functions except for those assigned to the Special Operations Response Team and functions that are within the Administrative Division.  The Operations Division is comprises of the Patrol Unit, the Criminal Investigations Unit, Special Enforcement Unit, and the 911 Manager.  The Operations Division Commander is also responsible for the public information function of the Department.  The Operations Division Commander is Captain Lester Boney.
