| In agreement with the Kent County Levy Court the Dover Police Department has applied for a Byrne Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $13,014. The grant funds will be used by the Dover Police Department to purchase two ICOP Digital In-Car cameras and one Kustom Signal Lidar Prolaser unit.
